62 ball Ton for Nikhil Jain in the ongoing White Ball Championship in Pune

United XI after being put to bat first at Parandwal Sports Academy in Dehu, Pune posted a total of 160/9 in 19.2 overs. Opener Nikhil Jain fought it out alone scoring more than half of the team runs and batting almost till the death overs. Nikhil who scored a brilliant hundred a few days back continued his purple patch with the bat as he went on to score a brilliant 104 off 62 balls smashing 15 fours and a six. Nikhil lacked support from the other end or else United XI could have easily crossed a 180+ total on the board.

Maratha Warriors crossed down the score successfully winning the match by 2wkts crossing the victory line in the 20^th over with Vignesh Palwankar scoring 82 off 42 balls. Even, though United XI lost the match, Nikhil did left behind an impact with his enterprising display of batting.
