Anjuman Islam High School after being put to bat first at Oval Maidan in Mumbai were all out for 130 runs in 48.3 overs. Vinayak C’s 51 at the middle order was the highest score while rest of the batters had a hard time facing MES Bowlers. Vivaan Jobanputra who has been consistent throughout the season once again delivered at an important stage coming up with brilliant bowling figures of 5/30 in 16 overs which included 3 maidens. Vivaan’s spell also included key wicket of Vinayak while Jasmeet also contributed well with 4/37 in 13.3 overs.

Modern English School, Chembur in reply were all out for 111 runs in their 1st innings with Risabh and Pranav chipping in with 20’s. Anjuman Islam School in 2nd innings were again restricted to just 102 runs all out courtesy a bowling masterclass by Vivaan as he again ran through the opposition’s batting line up with taking 7/37 in 16 overs including 4 maidens.

Chasing 125, Modern English School, Chembur chased down the score comfortable with opener Sudhan Sundarraj anchoring the chase with an unbeaten half century scoring 51* off 71 balls as Modern English School, Chembur by Achievers Cricket Academy won the match by 7 wkts.
