Cipla batting first at National CC, Cross Maidan made a total of 398/10 in 92.5 overs. Even though CIPLA lost some early wickets, it was Aadit Degaonkar at no.4 who scored a big daddy hundred to change the course of the match. Aadit went on to score an impressive 165 off 245 balls, a solid knock which was laced with 19 boundaries and 5 sixes. Aadit stitched crucial partnerships with Saurabh (50 runs) and Rakesh Prabhu (93 runs) as CIPLA managed to post a big 1st innings total on the board.

From the Nanavati bowlers, Harsh Mendon was the pick of the lot as pacer took 5/35 in 14 overs which included 2 maidens. When other bowlers were going in for a beating, Harsh looked composed and maintained impressive line & length as his spell also included crucial wicket of centurion Aadit amongst others.

Nanavati Hospital in reply were all out for 181 runs in the first innings with left arm spinner Vijay Gohil taking 4/42 in 14.4 overs while Rakesh Prabhu taking 4/47. Receiving a follow on, Nanavati in 2nd innings were bundled out for 137 runs and it was again left-arm spinner Vijay Gohil proving to be the match winner coming up with an exciting spell of 7/44 in 13 overs including 2 maidens.

Result: Nanavati won the match by an innings & 80 runs.
