Two More Players from Morbi J Naveen and Manan Mehta make it to Saurashtra U25 Team Probables

Morbi Cricket seems to be growing with every passing day as lot of players from that small district are now going on to represent State Teams at different age groups. In a yet another positive development, J Naveen and Manan Mehta have been Selected in Saurashtra U25 Probables Squad for the upcoming BCCI CK Nayadu Trophy.

The camp will begin from 15th of December and these two players from Morbi will be a part of this camp representing as the prides of Morbi.

We further got to know from Morbi District Cricket Association’s Head Coach Nishant Jani that J Naveen is an exceptionally talented spinner who can bowl with both the hands. J Naveen is an ambidexterous bowler who can give batters a tough time with his wily spin! J Naveen bats left handed while on the other hand, Manan Mehta is a very promising right arm fast bowler who has earlier represented Morbi U25 & Senior Team. Manan has also captained Morbi U25 and Senior team and he possesses good leadership abilities.

Both the players are getting trained under Coach Nishant Jani since last 5 years and it is a collective phard work of many years which has helped them reach these heights. The High performance Coaching of Nishant Jani is now famous across Morbi and it certainly gives young cricketers an egde. Nishant  Jani further adds, there is still a lot of hard work to do and this is just the beginning.

Shri Kantibhai Amrutya, President of Morbi District Cricket Association also shared his best wishes on this achievement which further motivated the young players.
