Adarsh Singh smashes a crucial 60* for Cricket Academy of Bihar in 27th Shaheed Smriti Inami Tournament’23

CAB – Cricket Academy of Bihar opting to bat first at GJ College Ground in Rambagh made a total of 101/9 in 20 overs. Cricket Academy of Bihar which was almost facing a batting collapse at one stage with scoreboard reading 20/5 in 8 overs came back into the match thanks to Adarsh Singh. Adarsh who came to bat at no.7 rescued his team and helped CAB reach a respectable total on board. Adarsh scored 60* off 48 balls, an aggressive half century under pressure.

Cambridge Cricket Academy in reply chased down the score in 18.3 overs winning the match by 2wkts. Adarsh was the pick of the lot from the bowlers too taking 3/15 in 4 overs which included 2wkts in the very 1st over of his opening spell providing a great momentum to CAB. It was a low scoring encounter on a difficult wicket where scoring runs looked difficult but both the teams gave their best and Adarsh once again emerged out as the standout performer.
