In the match between Fort Vijay Cricket Club and Muslim United Sports Club, Fort Vijay CC batting first posted a total of 207/7 declare wherein Harshad Singh and Parag Jadhav top scored with the bat. Harshad scored 65 runs while Parag remained unbeaten on 40*. Sayed Ahmed and Arya Chowkidar also chipped in with 30’s. From the bowlers, Nadeem Shaikh with 3/63 was the pick of the lot.

Defending a total of 208, Muslim United Sports Club were cleaned up for just 55 runs courtesy some impressive bowling by Fort Vijay’s ace spinner Praful Devkate. Praful has been performing consistently and this is his 2nd back to back 4wkt haul making a strong case for himself. Praful returned with impressive bowling figures of 4/17 alongwith Abul Kalam who also grabbed 3 wkts.

Result: Fort Vijay won on 1st innings lead of 153 runs
