Skipper Aarya Sagare and Aayush Ambekar steer Cricket Explained Academy to a win in U14 Late Shri Ram Baran Memorial Premier League’23

Cricket Explained Cricket Academy Dombivli opting to bat first at Azad Maidan in Mumbai made a total of 209/5 in 40 overs. Opener Aayush Ambekar anchored the innings with a fluent 77 off 96 balls smashing 5 boundaries and some good hard work between the wickets while maintaining a strike rate of 80+. Skipper Aarya also contributed with the bat scoring 35 off 29 balls at the middle order.

Speed Sports Club in reply were cleaned up for 115 runs courtesy disciplined and tight team bowling performance by Cricket Explained bowlers. Arnav Sant with 3/5 was the pick of the lot followed by Aarya Sagare (3/15) and Sandeep Sawant taking 3/14.

Cricket Explained Academy won by 94 runs while Aarya Sagare was declared ‘man of the match’ for his all-round performance.
