Kshatriya Union Club opting to bat first at LIC Cross Maidan made a total of 124/4 in 22 overs with their opener Aarav Singh scoring half century. Aarav scored 74* off 64 balls while rest of the batters batted around him. From the bowlers, Jay Patil and Jian Lakhmani were the pick of the lot taking 1/14 and 1/16 respectively.

Borivali CC U12 Team in reply chased down the score successfully winning the match by 7 wickets. Even after some early wickets, Cricket Explained’s Abhimanyu Iyer anchored the chase with a solid knock of 47 runs. Abhimanyu coming at no.4 scored an unbeaten 47* off 62 balls which included 8 boundaries helping Borivali CC cross the victory line in 20.3 overs.

Borivali CC won by 7 wkts, Abhimanyu Iyer declared ‘man of the match’ for all-round performance of 47 runs and 1 wkt.
