Divyansh Saxena ton helps MCC win the finals of SYCA 45 Overs Red Ball Tournament’24

Played at Oval Maidan in Mumbai, TWCA batting first made a total of 151/10 in 34.2 overs. Most of the batters found it difficult to get going with Risabh Sharma’s 61 being the highest score. From the MCC bowlers, Nishant Trivedi with 4/27 was the pick of the lot while Vivaan and Anuj Giri taking 2wkts each.

MCC in reply chased it down in mere 20.5 overs courtesy their prolific left-handed opener Divyansh Saxena. Divyaansh completely took the game in his hands as he counter attacked the bowlers from the word go smashing an unbeaten 102* off 76 balls, his ton also included 16 boundaries and a six while he was well supported by Anand Tiwari who scored 40* as MCC won the finals by 9wkts and became Champions of the SYCA Tournament.
