Dinesh Mohan’s unbeaten 59* guides Directors XI to a win in SCPL Season 3

Planwey Champions opting to bat first at SCG Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana made a total of 158/5 in 20 overs. Opener Chanakya Naidu top scored with 64 runs while Vasanth Yadav scored 38 runs at the middle order. From the bowlers, prime all-rounder Dinesh Mohan with 2/23 in 4 overs was the pick of the lot.

Directors XI in reply chased down the score outright finishing off the chase in just 13.4 overs. Openers Narendra and Dinesh gave a flying start putting on a 48 run opening stand. Dinesh Mohan who opened the innings anchored the chase with match winning half century. Dinesh scored 59* off mere 36 balls smashing 8 boundaries and striking at 163.89. Dinesh was well supported by Sandeep (49*) as both the players stitched a 114 run stand for the 2^nd wicket.
