MCC Green Elite after being put to bat first on Oval Maidan made a massive total of 355/2 in 40 overs. Opener Suhail Ansari set the tone for the innings smashing an impressive century to take his team to the top. Suhail played counter attacking brand of cricket dominating bowlers in every corner of the ground. Striking at almost 140.00, Suhail went on to top score in the match smashing 159 off 114 balls which included 21 boundaries and 5 sixes. Suhail was well supported by Amanat (98*) and as both the players stitched a 207run stand for the 2nd wicket.

MCC Purple Elite in reply were all out for 184 runs in 32.5 overs with Raj Agrahari being the pick of the lot taking 5/39 in 6 overs. Captain Amit Chauhan also bagged 3 wkts as MCC Green Elite won the match by 171 runs.
