Al-Saadh Sheikh shows class, this time a gritty 75 for National CC Centre 1 in U23 Madhav Mantri Tournament’24

National CC Centre 1 opting to bat first at Karnataka, Cross Maidan posted a total of 301/10 in 88.3 overs with opener AlSaadh Sheikh top scoring in the innings. Just few days back, Alsaadh Sheikh showed his power hitting abilities spanking 5 sixes in his unbeaten knock of 70* in MCA Rathod Trophy and now in red ball format he has showed great composure and solid technique as well quickly adapting to multiple formats. Alsaadh Sheikh scored 75 off 192 balls which included 10 boundaries and a six including some crucial stands with Captain Jash, Roneet Thakur and Jeevan Karlekar who also scored a half century at no.4

Central Maidan Centre are currently reeling at 96/5 with a trail of over 200 runs as National CC have gripped the upper hand so far. It will be interesting to see how the match turns from this stage.
