From the bowlers, Adarsh Kumar was the pick of the lot returning with exceptional bowling figures of 4/17 in 4 overs. Apart from Adarsh, Dilip also chipped in with 2 wkts.
Chasing 195, BSNL Patna gave an equally terrific performance while chasing courtesy their star all-rounder Adarsh Singh who came at no.3 and went on to score a heroic innings of 112 runs in mere 53 balls which included 12 sixes and 5 fours. Adarsh who just came back from injury took no time to make his presence felt as he completely dominated in the match first taking 4wkts, then scoring a century and also taking 2 catches in the match.
Adarsh gave it all while chasing as the match went till the final ball where it ended in a draw which resulted in a super over. BSNL scored 13 runs in their super over batting first wherein Adarsh scored 10 runs which also included a six. Defending 14 runs, Adarsh also delivered with the ball taking wicket from the very 1st ball while only conceding 9 runs in the super over as BSNL won the match by 5 runs.
