Rahul Machkure (125) and Skipper Saiprasad’s crucial spell of 3 wkts helps Titans clinch a win in Sun Premier League-14

Titans opting to bat first at SR Cricket Ground in Hyderabad made a whopping total of 215/2 in 20 overs courtesy a brilliant 125* off 63 balls smashing 7 fours and 9 sixes at a strike rate of 198.23. The rest of the batters gave good support batting around him taking team total to above 200 in 20 overs.

Defending a total of 216, EXI could only manage 112/8 in their 20 overs as Titans bowlers did an excellent job of keeping the batsman under their control. All-Rounder and Captain Saiprasad Bhosle led from the front returning with excellent bowling figures of 3/24 in 4 overs. Saiprasad was impressive in setting up the field and balling according to field making batsmen fall to his trap.  With his genuine all round capability and quality he brings to any team is one of the player to look out for across formats.

Titans won the match by 103 runs, Saiprasad was declared “performer of the match” while Rahul was declared ‘Man of the Match”
