Hirani and Gill create History! Ruaraka wins NPCA Super Division 50 Overs League after 22 years!

Into the all important encounter of NPCA Super Division 50 Overs League, Ruaraka A Team after being put to bat first made an imposing total of 342/8 in 50 overs. Opener Chandresh Hirani led from the front under an all important game as he scored a magnificent century. Wicket-Keeper Batsman Chandresh scored 101 off just 67 balls which included 12 fours and 4 sixes at a strike rate of 150.75. Chandresh was well supported by their prime all-rounder Sachin Gill at no.3 who scored 79 off 97 balls. Sachin also stitched crucial stand with Maxwell S who scored 62 off 54 balls at no.4.

Sikh Union A in reply were bundled out for 179 runs with Rishil Patel being the pick of the lot taking 3/32. The rest of the bowlers also chipped in well as Ruaraka Sports Club A Team won the match by a massive margin of 168 runs.
