Defending such a low total in the all important quarter-finals, the pressure was certainly more on the defending team Spartans but their bowlers did an excellent job restricting Redbridge CC to 63 all out. Redbridge were bundled out in 18.1 overs falling short of 12 runs courtesy a match winning bowling spell by Rajesh B who took 4/11 in 4 overs alongwith 2 wkts each by Upendar and Venkat.

Result: Spartans XI won Quarter-Finals by 12 runs
