Spartans XI CC opting to bat first at Jack Carter Pavillion, Ilford in London made a total of 136/10 with all-rounder Upendar Reddy being the top scorer smashing 46 off 40 balls which included 6 boundaries. Apart from Upendar, Nimesh chipped in with 17 runs stitching 60 runs 4th wicket partnership with Upendar.
Redbridge CC in reply chased down the total winning the match by 5 wkts. Upendar was the strike bowler as well bagging 4 wkts for 28 runs in his spell of 11 overs. Even though, Spartans lost the match, Upendar’s all-round show was the positive which came out in the match.
