9 wkt win for PDTSA in the ongoing U14 Spider Shield’23

Spider B opting to bat first at Vangaon in Palghar made a total of 69/10 in 25 overs. Captain Priyansh Pawar with 19 runs was the highest scorer while rest of the batters found it a bit difficult to get going. PDTSA bowlers did a fairy decent job with the ball with Ayush Rajput bagging 4/19 in 5 overs and Nehal Meher taking 2/9 in 4.4 overs.

PDTSA in reply chased down the score in 12 overs with openers Viraj and Janmey putting on a good opening start. Viraj scored 17* off 35 balls while skipper Janmey Patil was the highest scorer with 30 off 31 balls smashing 5 boundaries.

U14 Spider Shield is organised by Spider Sports, it was started with honours of ANAND THAKUR SIR, LALIT SHUKLA, AJAY THAKUR, PRAMOD CHIKLIKAR AND UDAYAN SHUKLA. It was great to witness tough competition from all sides and that’s the moto of SPIDER SPORTS nurturing young talent to make them capable to play at highest level.

Result: PDTSA won by 9 wkts and Ayush Rajput declared “man of the match”
