Played at IC Gurunanak College Ground, Vijay Cricket Club batting first posted a total of 214/10 in 63.5 over with opener and Ganga at the middle scoring half centuries.  From the bowlers, Samuvel Raj with 5/68 in 27.5 overs was the pick of the lot.

United Friends Cricket Club in reply could only muster 188/10 in 52.5 overs. After losing the top 3 batters in a span of 3 overs, it was the very experienced Harpreet Singh Bhatia who tried to resurrect the innings back for United Friends CC. Harpreet coming at no.4 absorbed the pressure well and faced the opening spells with confidence to top score for his team with a solid looking 72 off 98 balls, a knock which included 7 fours and a six. Harpreet also stitched 130 run stand with Vishal who scored an equally crucial 69 coming at no.5

Vijay CC in the 2nd innings batted for 62 overs for the loss of 4 wkts before the end of the game’s play where they won the match on 1st innings lead.
