Another Quick Hundred for “Mr.Cricket” Nishanth Yadav , this time in T20 Rising Cup, Season 27

Nishanth Yadav

Wicket-Keeper Batsman Nishanth Yadav registered his 34th hundred overall since 2008 and this one was certainly another impactful performance from him in the T20 Format making a strong case again and again for his selection in the Hyderabad Senior Team.

Played at New Madies Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana, Mahasena team after being put to bat first scored a total of 184/5 in 20 overs. Opener Bharat top scored for Mahasena with a knock of 56 runs in 45 balls.

V Gunnerz in reply again had Nishanth as their lone warrior fighting it out to score more than half of the team runs. Nishanth who came in where scoreboard was 17/3 in the 5th over almost took the game away with a brilliant knock of 113* runs in 63 balls which included 14 fours and 4 sixes. Nishanth however lacked support from the other end as V Gunnerz fell short of the total reaching 165/6 in 20 overs.

Mahasena Team won the match by 19 runs, Bharat was declared ‘Man of the Match” while Nishanth’s hundred was certainly the highlight performance of the match.
