A man with warrior like fighting spirit, Harpreet Singh Bhatia has been one cricketer who has never given up on his dreams. After years of grinding and success at Domestic Level, Harpreet who has also played India U19 and has represented Punjab Kings in IPL finally made his much deserved International Debut for UAE in the ICC World Cup League 2.

Harpreet has not just arrived at the scene silently, he has entered the scene with complete authority stamping his presence with two crucial knocks for UAE which helped them clinch crucial wins over Oman. In the match played on 27th April, UAE Batting first scored 268/7 in 50 overs where Harpreet coming at no.3 scored a solid 54 off 58 balls. That match UAE won by 25 runs where Harpreet played a key role at the top order.
In the match which followed on 3rd may vs Oman, UAE batting first scored 208/8 in 47 overs. Harpreet who came at no.3 brought in his 2nd International fifty as he top scored in the match with a dominating knock of 77 runs in 65 balls which included 7 boundaries and 3 sixes which ultimately helped UAE win the match by 54 runs.

Right from his India U19 Days to now, one thing which has always remained with Sardarji is his grit and determination to keep fighting. From being a Prolific Run Scorer in Ranji Trophy for more than a Decade to being the Highest Run Scorer till date in Syed Mushtaq Ali to making his comeback in IPL almost after 10yrs to now making his International Debut, Harpreet has kept on showing his unwavering competitive spirit for the game.
No wonder his two half centuries for UAE which came in winning cause at International Stage was not just a piece of statistic but a stamp of his lineage and legacy which he has carried over the past 15years.
