Indian Navy Sports Control Cell batting first at Parsee Gymkhana Ground made a total of 270 runs in 69.4 overs in their 1st innings in which Atharva Bhosale with 4/84 was the pick of the lot. Mumbai Customs known for its formidable batting line up made a massive score of 552/6 dec in their first innings courtesy massive tons by C Sutar and Prasad Pawar.

The ever-dependable opener Vikrant Auti laid the foundation with a solid 52 off 65 balls (10 boundaries) while Chinmay Sutar coming at no.3 went on to score a brilliant knock of 155 runs in 198 balls. The batting feast continued as Prasad Pawar coming at no.4 not only stitched a record 335 run stand with Chinmay for the 3rd wicket but also went on to top score in the match with a blazing knock of 193 runs in 155 balls, a knock which included 19 boundaries and 4 sixes.

Indian Navy in 2nd innings were all out for 247 runs in 62 overs with left arm spinner Ankush Jaiswal bagging 5/109 in 29 overs while Parag Khanapurkar bagging 4/37 as Mumbai Customs won the match by an innings and 35 runs.
