Maharashtra Police wins the finals of All India Police T20 Tournament’26

Played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, Maharashtra Police batting first made a total of 251/4 in 20 overs. Openers Sunit Patil (45 off 16 balls) and Shrikant Limbole (42 off 35 balls) gave a flying start while Yogesh Patil and Suraj Shinde smashed match winning half centuries. Yogesh who smashed 4 sixes scored 52 off 25 balls while Rohit Pol was the star player spanking as many as 10 sixes smashing a brutal 71* off mere 19 balls. Striking at 374.00, Rohit took the game away with his enterprising batting display. All-Rounder Yogesh Shinde also chipped in well with 33 runs off 26 balls.

RPF Team in reply were all out for 160 runs in just 15 overs thanks to brilliant bowling performance by Maharashtra Police bowlers. Rohit Bhere with 5/23 bowled a brilliant spell not allowing any batters to settle providing timely breakthroughs while all-rounder Yogesh Shinde also chipped in well taking 3/23 in 2 overs as Maharashtra Police won the finals by 91 runs and emerged Champions of the All India Police T20 Tournament.
