Captain Shailesh Ghule’s all-round show helps Lohagad Emperors clinch a win in DPL Season IV

Lohagad Emperors opting to bat first at Brilliant Sports Academy Ground in Pune made a total of 187/6 in 20 overs. Opener Nauman Memon scored an impressive 53 off 36 balls laced with 10 boundaries while skipper Shailesh Ghule led from the front with perfect batting in death overs scoring a quickfire 44* off 26 balls laced with 3 boundaries and 3 sixes to take his team to a 180+ total to defend.

Sinhagad Lions in reply gave a tough fight however they fell short by some margin getting all out for 175 runs in 18.3 overs. Kaiwalya Barde bowled an excellent spell taking 4/34 while skipper Shailesh contributed with the ball as well taking 3/25 in 4 overs as Lohagad Emperors won the match by 12 runs.
