Opener Shikhar Mohan led the innings with a thumping double century scoring 205 runs off 303 balls which included 21 boundaries and 3 sixes. Shikhar was well supported by no.4 Virat Singh who scored a brilliant knock of 105 runs in 163 balls which included 11 boundaries and 2 sixes. Virat also stitched a massive 253 run stand with Shikhar as they both took Jharkhand team to a strong position.
Nagaland in reply were cleaned up for 154 runs in 73.5 overs with Anukul Roy bagging 8/55 in 24.5 overs including 10 maidens. Receiving a follow on, Nagaland wee again all out for 160 runs in their 2nd innings where Anukul took 5/35 as Jharkhand won the match by an innings and 196 runs.
