Captain Armaan Shaikh leads from the front with a 8wkt haul in T20 Match in NAPL League’25

Devgiri Emperors after being put to bat first at Ajni Railway Ground in Nagpur made a total of 183/8 in 20 overs with their middle order batsman Amit Ganpule being the show stealer with a brilliant 61 off mere 22 balls. Amit smashed 6 sixes & 4 boundaries while Sanket Ranade played an equally handy role in the death overs with a quick 34* off 12 balls which had 4 biggies in it.

Chasing 184, Jigaw Warriors were all out for 153 runs in 18.5 overs courtesy a brilliant bowling spell by their Captain Armaan Shaikh. Armaan led from the front in the bowling department as he returned with a record bowling figures of 8wkts in 3.5 overs.Armaan certainly made a T20 record taking 8 wkts in his mere 23 ball spell which technically meant a wicket every 3rd ball.

Armaan overall took 8/17 in 3.5 overs which made the impact in the match restricting the opposition to 153 runs all out in 19 overs.It’s indeed a record bowling spell in a T20 match and Armaan Shaikh who helped his side win the match by 30 runs was declared “man of the match
