Played at Creditview Sandalwood Park Pitch A, Predators Elite, Powerone CC opting to bat first made a total of 166/7 in 20 overs. After losing the openers early, Varun Sehdev at no.3 chipped in with a handy knock of 38 runs in 28 balls which included 3 boundaries and 2 sixes. Varun also stitched partnerships with Dennis (16 runs) and Sukhwinder Singh (53* runs) at the middle order which brought them back into the game. Sukhwinder who came at no.5 was the top scorer smashing an unbeaten half century. Sukhwinder did impressive batting in the death overs smashing 3 boundaries and 3 sixes at a strike rate of 143.24
Deccan Chargers CC in reply did manage to put up a fight however Predators had the upper hand in the crunch last overs of the game restricting them to 157/9 in 20 overs. All-Rounder Varun Sehdev who is a former Canada International player as well bowled brilliantly taking 2/15 in 4 overs alongwith Aditya and Ranjodh who bagged 2wkts a piece.
