Yash Rawat bags MoM as Sanjeevani Cricket Academy wins in U16 MCC Talent Search Tournament’25

MCC Santacruz B opting to bat first on Oval Maidan in Mumbai made a total of 135/8 in 40 overs. Opener Utkarsh Mishra with 34 runs and wicket keeper Dev scoring 26* were the top scorers for MCC. From the bowlers Yash Rawat with 2/18 in 5 overs including 2 maidens was the pick of the lot alongwith Akshit Tambe who took 2/26.

Sanjeevani Cricket Academy in reply chased down the score in just 29.2 overs. Opener Yuvraj Mali gave a flying start scoring a quick 30 off 17 balls & Harshvardhan Barmukh at middle order scoring 33 runs off 42 balls. Dheeraj Paswan with 3/23 in 8 overs was the pick of the lot from MCC.

Result: Sanjeevani CA won the match by 3 wkts. Yash Rawat who took 2/18 and scored 18 runs with the bat was declared ‘man of the match”
