Anant and Varad at the top order gave a start with 40’s but it was Yash Tolani at no.7 who turned things around with a whirlwind innings of 100* in mere 56 deliveries. Yash spared no bowler who came in his arc as he plonked 8 sixes coupled with 6 boundaries to take his team to a strong position.
Sunrise Sports Club in reply were 136/9 in 27 overs at the end of the game’s play as the match ended in a draw. It was a close escape for Sunrise SC as they only had 1 wicket in hand!
