Haryana opting to bat first at Moin Ul Haq Stadium made a total of 284 runs with half centuries registered by Chirag Kaliraman and Pradeep Sheoran. Bihar bowlers did a fine job as Prashant Singh took 3/61 while Suraj and Dhanesh bagging 2 wkts each.

Bihar team in reply made a 355/6 in batting it out for 109 overs before the end of the game’s play where they won on 1st innings lead. Opener Ayush smashed a century while wicket-keeper batsman Shashank Upadhyay scored a solid half century. Shashank who is one of the most reliable keeper batters of Bihar showed substance as he smashed 57 off 111 balls which included 8 fours and 2 sixes. Shashank also stitched a crucial partnership with Skipper Ankit Raj who scored 50 runs at the middle order.

Result: Match Drawn, Bihar took 1st innings lead.
