Played at the picturesque and iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Western Railway Traffic SC after being put to bat first made a total of 175/5 in 20 overs.  Even after losing both the openers early, Karan Joshi at no.3 anchored his team towards a respectable total with a match winning knock of 84* off 54 balls. Karan smashed 4 boundaries and as many as 7 sixes while stitching a crucial partnership with fellow middle order batsman Tushar (45 runs) as Western Railways posted a defendable total on the board. From the bowlers, Shashank Shetty with 3/40 was the pick of the lot from Citi Bank.

Citi Bank in reply could only manage 165/8 in 20 overs courtesy a disciplined bowling performance by Western Railways bowlers. Rahul Thakur proved to be the game changer with the ball as he conceded only 11 runs in 4 overs including 3 wkts while Captain Akshay Girap also contributing with the ball taking 3/32 as Western Railway Traffic Sports Club won the match by 10 runs and becoming Champions of F Division MCA Corporate Trophy.
