Upendar Reddy bags MoM Award in the Semi-Finals of TAL Premier League UK’23

TPL DJ Warriors opting to bat first at Rectory Park Ground in Northolt, London made a total of 117/10 in 19.2 overs. Opener Daniel Livingstone with 24 runs and Upendar Reddy at no.4 with 19 runs were the top scorers.

TPL Vizag Blues in reply could only muster 96/7 in their 20 overs courtesy a brilliant fightback by DJ Warriors bowlers. All-Rounder Upendar Reddy was the pick of the lot returning with a match winning bowling performance of 4/16 in 4 overs helping his team win by 21 runs. Upendar for his all-round performance took home “Man of the Match” Award.

Upendar even in his previous outing at Victoria Park London provided a classy performance scoring a quickfire 50* for Rose and Crown CC while chasing 133 vs Stepney Royals. Upendar smashed 6 boundaries in his 30 ball half century as his team Rose and Crown CC won the match by 9 wkts and 6.2 overs to spare.
