Omega Cricket Club opting to bat first at Sri Lahari Cricket Ground in Hyderabad made a handsome total on board putting up 195/7 in their allotted 20 overs. Tarun Sharma opening the innings proved to be the wild card as he changed the game with his aggressive strokeplay. Tarun went on to score a very impressive 108 off mere 59 balls, a knock which included 16 boundaries and 3 sixes at a strike rate of 183.05. Tarun kept the scoreboard ticking despite wickets tumbling from the other end.
Storm Wings in reply could only manage 136 runs as they were all out in 16.3 overs courtesy an excellent bowling performance by Omega bowlers. Omega Cricket Club won the match by 59 runs while Tarun Sharma for his fantastic hundred was declared ‘man of the match”
