Tarun Sharma fights it out with a gritty half century for Mitchell Martin India in NB Corporate T20 Challenge Season 30

CNC Tigers opting to bat first at NB Cricket Ground in Hyderabad made a total of 200/9 in 20 overs. Opener Shiva Robba was the top scorer with a half century while Sekhar Karri at middle order chipped in with a quick 40. From the bowlers, Prem, Vivek Gagan and Rahmath with 2 wkts each were the pick of the lot.

Chasing 201, Mitchell Martin India did lose some early wickets but Tarun Sharma coming at no.4 tried resurrecting the innings smashing a well fought half century. Tarun scored an impressive 54 off 37 balls which included 9 boundaries and a six while stitching crucial partnerships with Manith and Rohan at the middle order.

Mitchell Martin India gave a tough fight on the back of Tarun’s half century however they fell short in the end scoring 179 all out in 19.5 overs as CNC tigers won the match by 21 runs.
