Tarun Sharma crosses 6000 runs while registers his fastest fifty in just 17 balls!

Royal Strikers batting first at Mark Cricket Ground 2 in Hyderabad made a total of 215/9 in 22 overs with Akshay at no.3 being the highest scorer smashing a half century. The rest of the batters chipped in with starts as they reached a 200+ score to defend. From the bowlers, Sai C Teja with 4/23 and Tribhuvan with 2 wkts were the pick of the lot.

Chasing a total of 216 in 22 overs, Dabangg Panthers were off to a flying start as both the openers Tarun Sharma and Captain Adithya gave a 98 run opening stand in mere 7 overs. Both the players smashed match winning half centuries while Tarun was in a different zone altogether not only scoring the fastest fifty of the match but also crossing milestone of 6000 runs in Hyderabad Cricket across all formats.  Tarun scored a fiery 65 off mere 22 balls which included 7 boundaries and 6 sixes striking at almost 296.00 while he reached his fifty in mere 17 balls as he brought up his 30th half century.

Dabangg Panthers eventually crossed the victory line in the 22nd over winning the match by 4 wkts while Captain Adithya Sharma was declared ‘man of the match”
