Sudhan Sundaraj’s 141 steers Modern English School by Achievers Academy to a win in MI Junior U14 Boys Inter School Tournament’24

Played at WR, Cross Maidan in Mumbai, Modern English School (Chembur) opting to bat first made a massive total of 444/5 in 40 overs with every batter chipping in with impressive contributions. MES innings registered 2 half centuries by Pranav Iyengar (95* off 39 balls) and Aryan (61 runs off 59 balls) while Sudhan Sundaraj at no.3 top scored with a stunning century. Sudhan scored a crackling hundred as he went on to score 141 off mere 65 deliveries smashing a whopping 27 boundaries and 3 sixes at an envious strike rate of 216.92!

Vibgyor High School Malad in reply were cleaned up for 108 runs courtesy a clinical bowling performance by MES Bowlers.  Shaurya Ketan with 3/24 was the pick of the lot while Jshmit Singh and Vyom took 2wkts each as Modern English School won the match by a dominating margin of 336 runs.
