Played at CAP Cricket Ground, Avengers won the toss and opted to bat first scoring 92/8 in 12 overs. Even though most of the players chipped in with starts but no one could come up with a substantial cameo with the bat. Opener Aravind’s 9 ball 17 was the highest score in the innings. From the bowlers, it was none other than spinner Raghu Sharma coming up with a stunning spell to dismantle the middle order of Avengers Team. Raghu Sharma returned with amazing bowling figures of 4/11 in 3 overs as he was pick of the lot from Patriots.

It was an exciting match with both the teams giving each other a tough fight. Patriots fell short 1 run of winning the match as the game ended in a tie with them getting all out for 92 runs in 12 overs. Opener Prabu B gave his best with a 24 ball 46 but the rest of the batters could not capitalize. Vinkeshwaran with 3/14 was the pick of the bowlers from Avengers.
