Spartans CC 3RD XI cliches a 89 run win over Ebbsfleet CC in Essex and East London Cricket League’24

Spartans CC, Essex 3rd XI batting first made a total of 194 runs in 33.5 overs with crucial contributions by opener Ronak Patel (32 runs), Mahen Rajput (45 runs off 33 balls) and Sri Harsha (43 runs off 38 balls).  After a decent start by their opener Ronak, it was Mahen and Sri Harsha at the middle order stitching a 71 run stand for the 2nd wicket which set the base for their team.

Ebbsfleet CC in reply were all out for 105 runs in mere 19.1 overs as Spartans CC bowlers did a terrific job of restricting the opposition batters. Gokulram Nagarjan with 4/24 in 5 overs was the pick of the lot alongwith Rajesh Narayanbhatla who took 4/27 in 5.1 overs.

Result: Spartans CC won the match by 89 runs.
