Into the all-important finals at the picturesque Asthapailu Cricket Ground in Pune, Pratapgad Royals opting to bat first made a total of 128/10 in 19.5 overs. Not one of the biggest totals to defend in crunch finals, Shivneri bowlers did a fine job restricting the opposition team to a modest total. The experienced Vimal Hansraj at the middle order was the savior for Pratapad Royals as he scored a gritty 40 off 31 balls. From the bowlers, dashing all-rounder Jadish Sure led from the front taking 4/28 in 3.5 overs.
