Rajgad Raje after being put to bat first at Bapusaheb Shelar Cricket Ground in Pune made a total of 146/10 in 19.1 overs. Even their top order collapsed with top 4 batters getting dismissed in single digits, their middle order did a resurrection job to bring their team back into the game. Pranav Gaikwad (42 off 24 balls) & Yash Patil (37 off 37 balls) at no.6 and 7 played important knocks ensuring their team reaches a respectable total on board. From the bowlers, Shubham Shingate and Nitesh Patel with 3wkts each were the pick of the lot.

Defending 147, Shivneri Warriors could only manage 129/9 courtesy a tight bowling display by Shivneri Warriors bowlers. Opener Abhishek Choudhari fought it out alone with a knock of 70 runs but none of the batters could give him support from the other end. Sunil Jadhav with 4/33 was the pick of the lot wherein his spell also included the crucial wicket of Abhishek while Shamal Palod bowled a brilliant spell taking 3/18 in 4 overs including a maiden which made all the difference in the end. Shamal was not only economical but also provided timely breakthroughs to his team.
