Sanjeevani Cricket Academy opting to bat first at New Era, Azad Maidan made a total of 160/3 in 20 overs. Their openers Harsh Kadam (36 off 33 balls) and Captain Shreyash Khilare put on a stand of 94 runs. Shreyash top scored in the match missing out on a well deserved half century as he smashed a very impressive 93* off mere 70 balls spanking 12 boundaries at a healthy strike rate of 133.00.
CCI in reply made 135/2 in 20 overs with their skipper Siddhant Sanghvi top scoring with 64 runs off 52 balls. Sanjeev (27 runs) and Yuvraj (23* off 24 runs) also contributed with the bat but they eventually fell short of the stipulated total. Sanjeevani bowlers showed good discipline not conceding too many extras which eventually made the difference. From the bowlers, Anuj Singh with 1/21 in 4 oevrs was the pick of the lot.
