Samhith’s 51 steers India Cements to a crucial win in Nawab Mak Pataudi T20 Tiger Cup’22

Income Tax HYCA batting first posted a total 105/7 runs in 13 overs with K Sundesh and  C Hitesh Yadav bagging 2 wkts each while chasing 106, India Cements won the match by 3 wkts crossing the victory line in the 13th over. Despite losing wickets from the other end, no.4 batter M Samhith Reddy held his own to steer his team towards a crucial win.

Samhith scored a brilliant 51 off 31 balls which included 6 boundaries and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 164.52. The best part of his batting was the way he was middling and timing the balls with absolute ease.  Samhith also scored a crucial 48 off 43 balls vs Union Bank of India in the ongoing MAK Pataudi tournament. Overall, Samhith has been in good touch averaging around 36.00 with a healthy strike rate in the all 5 matches he has played so far in the tournament.
