Opener Rahul Machkure scored 46 runs off 33 balls while Shoeb at the middle order was the top scorer with 78 runs off 41 balls. Shoeb played an aggressive innings smashing 8 boundaries and 5 sixes while from the bowlers, Srinivas with 3 wkts was the pick of the lot. Opener Rahul played courageously with injured finger late flourish by Cyrus (45* off 15 balls) which ended inning with bang.
Defending a total of 224, Musketeers XI in reply were restricted to 161/9 in 20 overs. All-rounder Saiprasad Bhosle played a critical role with the ball ensuring Musketeers faced a top order collapse which changed the momentum in his team’s favor. Sai returned with match winning bowling performance of 4/15 in 4 overs including a maiden which included 3 of the top 4 wickets. Veman at no.8 played a blinder of an innings scoring a quick 55* but the damage was already inflicted by the bowlers as Musketeers XI won the match by 62 runs.
