SMCC United opting to bat first at AM Cricket Ground powered by Prosfic Arena in Hyderabad made a total of 162/7 in 20 overs. Openers Abhinav Reddy and Saiprasad Bhosle gave a flying start putting on 53 runs in the first powerplay. Saiprasad top scored for his team scoring a crucial 49 off 39 balls (3 fours, 1 six). Sai was also well supported by Raghav who scored 31 runs and Captain Diwa at the middle order scoring an unbeaten 29*. Saiprasad played an important knock for SMCC united. With 49 of 39 balls missing out yet another 50. It was test of his fitness as his game was focused on running between wickets
Hard Hitters in reply gave a tough fight but could only manage 158/7 in 20 overs despite Paramveer Singh’s fighting knock of 66 runs. From the bowlers, Sunil Singh with 2/31 was the pick of the lot while rest of the bowlers chipped in with a wicket each.
Sai shared with Zoomcricket – Conditions were not easy to bat due to summer heat n pitch being on slower side..
