Rudra’s Back to Back Ton ensures a Commanding win for Railways in BCCI U25 Men’s State ‘A’ Trophy’22

Played at Bindra Cricket Stadium, PCA, Railways Team after being put to bat first made a healthy total of 343/4 in 50 overs. Opener Rudra Dhanday who is just fresh from a hundred in his previous outing continued his excellent run with the bat this time scoring a classy 101 off 112 deliveries. Rudra smashed 12 boundaries and some good running between the wickets while he also stitched a 246 run stand with Sahab Y Singh who scored 123 off 130 balls. Keeper SA Ahuja missed out on a well deserved half century staying unbeaten on 49* off 28 balls.

Pondicherry in reply were all out for 254 runs as Railways Bowlers showed good discipline not allowing batters to score freely and ensuring Railways win in a commanding fashion by 89 runs.
