Aggressive opening Batsman Rudra Dhanday who has been piling on runs across age groups since many years in Mumbai Cricket and currently one of the strong contenders to make his Ranji Trophy Debut showed great spark in the recently concluded Sahkar Maharshi Chashak where he provided fiery starts in 3 T20 outings.

In his first outing vs Omni Global Sports, Rudra spanked a brilliant 67 off mere 35 balls smashing 13 fours and 1 six at a brilliant strike rate of 191.00 which helped Central Railway Mumbai chase down the score of 149 with superlative ease winning the match by 7 wkts and also getting adjudged man of the match.

In his next two outings vs Chatrapati Cricket Academy and Kuber Constructions, Rudra continued giving flying starts scoring 31 off 15 followed by a quick 36 off 22 balls. Rudra also ended the year of 2023 with a bang scoring an impressive knock of 100 runs in 206 balls for Central Railway in Selection Matches at the picturesque Karnail Singh Stadium.

Rudra has looked pretty neat and solid this season and we wish him all the luck for his coming matches this season.
