Rajgad Raje’s Moulik impresses with a fiery 72 in 2N Designers Premier League Season 2

Rajgad Raje opting to bat first at Ashthapailu Cricket Ground in Pune made a below par total of 136/5 in 20 overs. Only two batters managed to score in double digits with opener Moulik Bharadwaj piling on more than half of the team runs single handedly with an impressive knock of 72 runs. Moulik kept on playing his natural game despite wickets falling from the other end. Moulik smashed 6 fours and 5 sixes at a strike rate of 171.43 which helped his team reach a respectable total on board.

Torna Tigers in reply were cleaned up for 105 runs in just 19.1 overs as Raigad Raje bowlers displayed a clinical bowling performance. Almost every bowler contributed and made life difficult for opposition batters with Shamal Palod (2/8), Yash Patil (2/15), Sunil Jadhav (2/16) & Vedant Gidaye (2/18) bagging 2wkts each.
