Purav contributes with a 3wkt haul for Meghalaya Cricket Association in 40th All India Uttarakhand Gold Cup Tournament’24

A.M.S Kolkata (DBGC) after being put to bat first at MPSC Ground in Dehradun put up a healthy total on board scoring 286/10 in 45.4 overs. Dhruv Singh at no.3 was the highest scorer with 96 runs while rest of the batters contributed with starts and batted around him. From the bowlers, wrist spinner Purav Agarwal and Santosh were the pick of the lot taking 7 wkts amongst themselves. Purav returned with bowling figures of 3/66 in 10 overs including some key wickets of Captain Deepak Punia and keeper batsman Rohit Sharma who was looking set at one stage. Purav clean bowled both the batters leaving behind his presence with the ball.

Meghalaya Cricket Association in reply were all out for 204 runs with Kussh Agarwal scoring a century.

Result: AMS Kolkata won by 82 runs.
