Jayy Jain with 326 runs emerges amongst the Top Performers in the MCA Purshottam Shield Tournament’25

Into the all-important finals played at the iconic Wankhede Stadium between Parsee Gymkhana and Victory Cricket Club, Victory CC after being put to bat first made a total of 306/6 in 45 overs powered by half centuries by Suryansh Shedge, Suved Parkar and Manan Bhatt.

Chasing 307, Parsee Gymkhana chased down the total in 43.1 overs to emerge the Champions of the tournament. Jayy Jain who has been in excellent form this season continued his purple patch with the bat scoring a match winning knock of 83 runs in 55 balls. Jay smashed 10 boundaries and 2 sixes while Harsh Aghav and Angkrish Raghuvanshi also smashed crucial half centuries to take Parsee Gymkhana towards the victory line.

Jayy overall has been amongst the top performers in Purshottam Shield as he has amassed a total of 326 runs in 5 innings batting at a stunning average of 81.6 throughout the tournament.
