Victory CC’s Vijay Gohil stuns with a 7wkt haul in B Division Kanga League’23

Played at United Cricketers Ground, Cross Maidan in Mumbai, Victory CC batting first made a big total on board notching up 265/5 dec in their first innings. Suved Parkar slammed a brilliant century scoring 112 off 84 balls while Sairaj Patil scored a flashy 73 to put Victory CC in a strong position.

Fort Vijay CC in reply were made to struggle by the hands of their ace spinner Vijay Gohil who wrecked havoc on the opposition returning with excellent bowling figures of 6/53 restricting the opposition team to just 129 runs all out. Receiving a follow on, Fort Vijay were 66/1 before the end of the game’s play with Vijay taking that lone wicket and ending with a 7wkt haul to his name.

Vijay who has already played 13 First Class Matches for Mumbai debuting in 2016/17 season has certainly made a mark with this impactful performance.
